What's cooking at Eat Sleep Wild?
Having been blown away by your reception for my favourite red lentil dal, I decided to make Indian food the star of the show this week. The Indian Thali supper box is a showcase of some of my favourite all time Indian dishes including chickpea curry with wild greens, fire baked naan bread, homemade chutneys, and mango sorbet for dessert. As always, all of the dishes are vegetarian and can easily be made vegan - just select that option at the checkout.
In addition to the supper box I also have a special edition turmeric sourdough with onion seeds that's out of this world!
I'm continuing to expand my range of main dish options, soups and salads, and pickles and preserves. This week I've introduced dandelion jam and wild plum jam (fruits from nature's larder foraged over the last few months!).
And speaking of bread, the larder essentials range has expanded to include a complete sourdough starter kit which includes active starter, flour, storage jar, and full instructions for baking your first loaf.
