A balsamic-y vinegar made with elderberries foraged from our local Wiltshire hedgerows. Elderberries are apparently a superb natural immune booster, and they also happen to make a delicious vinegar that's super versatile.
Use as you would with salad vinaigrettes and marinades. Enjoy as a cordial or a sauce for ice cream or pancakes. Or use to macerate fruit, especially strawberries and stone fruit.
