Tuscan beans cooked with tomato, fresh herbs, white wine, and cavolo nero. No reason you shouldn't get your greens on the trail and this meal is so so satisfying. Delicious with polenta (an optional add-on) or equally good with some crusty sourdough bread or even pasta. Also works nicely for breakfast with a fried egg.
