A mixed bean and vegetable meat-free chilli inspired by my spicy years in Austin, Texas. Made with our house-made ancho chilli powder. Big flavours, high protein, enormously satisfying. Enjoy as is, or bring your own tortillas and turn it into a badass burrito. We've also been known to carry with us avocado, lime, cheddar cheese, and our favourite salsa macha. After all, part of the joy of lightweight camping food is that you can make up the weight with delicious extras!
You can now top it up with a sachet of Mexican rice for extra oomph!
